So if we want to get double training for player, then he need to play with the same function in both matches.

no, there is no double training. Playing twice in a week with the same order has only a little more training effect than playing once a week (see rules, training).

I have a player did not change his Form and still Tragic all the time, he plays all official matchs and sometime I don't choose him in some matchs but his Form still Tragic ??? what can I do to make him increase his Form ???

Don't use everytime maybe that will work or try to put him with another order mid instead of def or str, maybe use him in other side of the field, but sometimes nothing work and you have to wait a long time for any form changes
