Does anyone have/try to say, if we notice the difference between one Head Coach with just one unearthly characteristic for training, or with many others?
Does that affect the training?

Don't say to watch the rule :P

I know the rules... I Want to try to figure it out if there is any study or someone have experience with this 2 types of coach's...

with unearthly head coach skill and high skilled assistants you get ~10%* general training in non-training skills.

with worse head coach skill or worse assistants you get less of course, but I don't know any study that tells how much you lose per skilllevel.

*edit: 10% compared to individual training

10% it's short, for how much that will cost... imo

it's 5 x 10% because you get general training for 5 skills + stamina, but of course you have to pay for every single skill of your head coach.

From rules: "Players do not receive training in extra time as they are too tired."

So. If I change a new player to the field in beginning of extra time, he dont get any training? (He will not be tired, cause he has taken very easy in the bench...)

No training. The tiredness thing in the rules is attempting to justify it but it's incorrect.

there is a german thread with the maximum possible talent = minimum time for a pop - thread...

i fail at linking right now.. and possibly for one week.. i feel ike a mod should take over this thread right now :P
but yeah... i reckon 10% [er levle differenve also... so its 10% less than 100% = 0.9 and the next level = 10% of 10% of that = 0.81 and the next one =... well i confused myself... but maybe someone can do something.....
