hi all. I have a question. it's a little bit hard for em to distinguish levels of trainers in english. I'm familiarized with numerous levels. so, I have 5 trainers: 1. at level 14, the main coach 2. 13, 8 and 11 level assistants and 3. the coach of youth academy- has 13th level. is it enaugh, what U think and what U could suggest?

that entirely depends on your financial means:

1. the general level of the main coach is less important than his level at the skill you're training, though a good headcoach imo should have a rounded skill set.
2. try to hire assistants at as high a general level as affordable, but balance them: two incredible (13) ones are better than one magical (15) one, for example.
3. hire as good a youth school trainer you can afford. 13 should be a minimum. managers who have played this game for a while typically employ youth trainers of magical (15) general skill

hope this helps. you have to assess for yourself what you think you can afford

yep, thanks for your answer, mate/ anyway, that's all what I have for now and I think, that may be a little bit hard affordable, but I can allow myself such a waste. I know that the better treiners-better results. I would prefer to have 16-level main coach (if it's ever possible) with 3 15-level assistants. but that's all what I have :) and my question was, what U think, is it good enaugh? BTW, how many assistants is better to have? just 3? what if 4 or 5?

and my question was, what U think, is it good enaugh?

that's a difficult question, again depending on what you can afford.
for me, for example, a magical (15) youth coach is good enough.
my 2 magical and 1 brilliant assistant coaches are good enough I believe, and I wouldn't upgrade even if I could afford it.

regarding assistants: 3, no less, and definitely not more, since that will only reduce the impact.

If the national team plays with 6 MID, then will all the players get training when they return to their clubs?
2009-09-13 17:57:44
yes
2009-09-13 18:02:06
but they won't receive that bonus, afaik
2009-09-13 19:31:15
yep, okay, that's more or less clear, mate, thanks
2009-09-14 08:35:15
no 33% training from national team?
2009-09-14 10:50:36
yep

about the head coach discussion earlier. My current head coach is:
wage: 30 500 $
incredible coach
Training effectiveness:
average of stamina unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique magical of playmaker
magical of passing unearthly of striker

Should I look for another better head coach or just stick here? And if I change, should I set this one as my junior coach?
