about the head coach discussion earlier. My current head coach is:
wage: 30 500 $
incredible coach
Training effectiveness:
average of stamina unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique magical of playmaker
magical of passing unearthly of striker

Should I look for another better head coach or just stick here? And if I change, should I set this one as my junior coach?

I don't know his wage but he is a great head coach if you can't pay a 7x unearthly (except keeper), what the best solution imho is, keep him.

how much is his wage in euros? But I'm sure he's too expensive as youth coach. Nevertheless he's a great headcoach.

This head coach I won from the transfer list for just 16 000 $. Unbelievable, isn't it? Really one of the biggest bargains in sokker I've ever seen so far. So that's why I use him as my head coach right away even though his wage is bitter. Anyway, I'm having a really good time in the transfer market so his wage is not a problem for me.
Is it pointless to use him as junior coach? He is kind of the best for incredible coach with high wage but for junior coach only general appraisal counts. I can find a brilliant jc with the same wage with him. Would that one be better junior coach than him?

yes, sure. 30k ist not cheap for an incredible coach, so if you don't need him anymore as fulltime (or parttime) head coach, you should think of changing to another youth coach than him. But there's no need to hurry imho.

adequate junior? if you are lucky, he has 2 skills with average. In the beginning of the season and if he might be 16yo, it's worth keeping him, I would say.

question: would the same amount of people attend a match if I construct 5000 benches (for example) along the line or behind the goal or in the corner?

Example: I construct 5000 benches along the line and 5000 people go. In the other hand, I construct 5000 benches in the corners, would 5000 people go or less people would go because the location is not as good as along the line? I hope you understood the question.

P.D: do not consider weather and supporters. Assume that both are ok :)
