Who gets the most training on Striker training?

An Attacker with 45 minutes play or
A Midfielder with 90 minutes play?

How much difference between the 2?

Trying to decide which juniors to train. in which position and for what time to optimise the training, as I only have 1 Striker training place free (the 2 others are decided ! )

I thought the midfielder get less that AkunA said, let's say < 50%, so that the difference is small. But of course the 90 min midfielder get the double general training than the 45 min striker.

But in general I would say, if you have too much trainees, sell some ;) No use to have an overrun there.

What to do with 8 trainees and only 6 places

OK, I should've added that I don't intend to sell any trainees yet, but I thought that was obvious. Anyway, those trainees are not ready to be sold. I have 3 trainees with 3.33 week JS talent, but have only Adequate key skills, so am training them up the point where they'll be worth some value. i.e. There's no point spending 15,000 on a trainee to sell him for 1000 Euros because he doesn't have great skills.

Btw, The other 5 trainees are much higher skilled, but again too young to be sold and still popping nicely.

I was under the impression from the sokker manager program that training positions got 76% (only 72% for friendly) training & non-training positions got only 26% (Only 22% for friendly), but this seems to contradict the statement from the rules of slightly less for Midfield than Striker (76% compared to 26% is NOT slightly less).

Any help appreciated

i meant 0,6 if he trains striker for MIDs.

i'll also say, sell some :)

training in terms of time isnt linear, so 45 minutes - though half a match, is probably about 60% or maybe more of what would be gotten by playing the full 90 minutes...
therefore i say striker..
striker training for mids is also ~50% of striker training for players with ATT orders.. that figure is a guesstimate also if im correct as greg said its approximately = 50% ATT training

although in terms of training, as has been said, the midfielder will get more general training ;)

about % training.. id say about 85% for league match, 75 for friendly, 100% for both, a lot of people say numbers as high as 95 and 90% though...

in terms of genreal training, assumding good head coach and decent assistants, genreal training is abuot 1/10th as effective as main training, so if it takes 3 weeks for a pop in a skill normally it will take 30 general trainings.. its a LOT slower

I arranged a friendly match with the manager or Azərbaycan [79] in the beginning of the season
But now when I come to invite him he has already accepted to play with another team, I so hate this!!
Is there any kind of fine for him for breaking the promise?

he maybe forget it, it's a normal mistake. Actually I have done this mistake too few weeks ago
2009-11-11 17:56:19
But if you do the effort of arranging the friendlies at the beggining of the season, how can you forget you've done it and think you have empty weeks? :-?
With all the match-arranging frenzy at the beggining of the season, how can it be "normal" for people to not keep their word? :-?

maybe they arranged 2 matches in the same week by acident.. i managed to do that as you are gettting emails from everyone and you just say yes and so do they.. then you have 2 clashing dates.. i make sure every team i had an agreement with had it down on their NT page a few days later
2009-11-11 18:06:41
Oh, I see how that can happen. Double-booking sounds more understandable than just forgetting :P

Is there any kind of fine for him for breaking the promise?

no. Remind him of the match the week before to be sure if you doubt about his memory ;)
2009-11-11 20:56:48
the whole country loses 20% sponsorship for the week :P
actually it was really reddevils fault, so it should be him who gets it for not arranging it in time

How much training will a U21 National Team member gets if ge plays 90min with the national team?

If a put him to play 90min from league + 90min from national team, will he get full training? Or should I place him also in the friendly match?

And by the way, how many minutes from friendly a player needs to get full training (obviously he played 90min en league and no national team minutes)?

Thx to everyone

gregs quote is that a player recieves 100% training if he plays 2 full matches in a week, so i assume that means league match and NT U21 = full training..

It's not my fault. He didn't keep his word and then when I asked he $%^$#^&:
