yes, If I'm not mistaken, maximum age when leaving the school is 21 years + 2 weeks of the season.

has anyone ever had that though>? or are players who join in week 14-16, and 34 weeks, never older than 17?

I saw more then few players leaving school with 21 years already so I don't think it's something special ;)

it's pretty simple: juniors join school with 16-18 and stay max. 34 weeks. If a junior join with 18 at the end of season and stays 33 or 34 weeks, he goes through 3 age updates and is 21. Happens not often, but it's just logical that it can happen.

i have a fetus in my school who is going to born at the early age of 21 too... so nice: )

Well never actually.
But after 26-27 it's very difficult to pop even if they are talented.
