i dont believe in magical assistats (so surely not unearthly). Thus neither in such youth trainers :) No one convinced me that wage/extra training ~ selling price is worth it :)

How important is players " experiment" on field?

experience?

still not very important, even if the latest changes have upvalued it a little bit

i notice players with lower tactical discipline (including experience) are sometimes out of place (and not just a little bit) :)

I think it has a huge influence to team, and tacticks.

yep, but I never felt like I had got a goal because of lack of TD, so I don't call it important.

but I admit that my players are usually pretty experienced...

concluding, does the player's height affect header challenges with other players?

yes... taller will win..or so they say

yeah..take a look at junior matches positioning and you will see TD and h ow it affects positioning :P

from what iv seen of assisants... training a skill to a certain level.. e.g i had 3x very good assistants.. pretty talented players... once got to excellent,formiddable,outstanding, took 7 weeks at 21 and 22

now i have 2x outstanding and 1x magical assistant, similar levels are taking 5 weeks... at lower skill levels, i didnt notice a difference
just my 2 cents...
