Or maybe a litle more... it depends on what the 50% is related to. is it related to an official match or is it related to full training.

I am not sure, but i think it should be the second possibility.
2009-12-30 13:13:00
Yep, useful remark.
2009-12-30 13:16:32
Thanks to both of you, was what I was thinking aswell ;-)

@wybo: Think also the 50% are related to the full training.
2009-12-30 13:48:57
yeah... even still training is linear, so geg i would be inclined to agree with you ;)

2009-12-30 13:52:39
Ok thanks, seems like I have to write a GB comment to those who didn't agree with me ;-)
2009-12-30 14:09:55
i think an official match gives around 93% training
2009-12-30 14:20:58
If a player plays a full NT match (doesn't matter whether U21 or senior) and lets say a halftime in my team, he gets approximately the same amount of training as a player who plays a full match in my team.
Correct?

imo you are wrong

50% means taht plaeyer who play only in NT during a week gets 50% of full training
but combining it with league game as you said won't add to the 100%

it's like official and friendly. playing 45' in both won't give You full training...

Good to hear another opinion!

it's like official and friendly. playing 45' in both won't give You full training...
Are you sure about that? I think if a player plays 45' in both matches he gets full (or almost full) training.

So you'd say following?
Only NT match: 50% training
Only league match: ~90% training
full NT and league match: ~90% training (because only the last match counts??)
45' in both NT and league: ~45% training

Only NT match: 50% training

correct

Only league match: ~90% training

correct

full NT and league match: ~90% training (because only the last match counts??)

incorrect. for me it would be around 95% - slightly more than single official game

45' in both NT and league: ~45% training

incorrect. imo it would be around 70-75% (45% from official game and a half from the rest "available" training)

1.Only NT match: 50% training
yes
Only league match: ~90% training
yes - also for argument sake, only friendly = 75% or somewhere below league..i think its biggish diff

full NT and league match: ~90% training (because only the last match counts??)
i would think 100% as in rules,or somewhere it states 2 full matches = 100% training, i would like to know however, as i had thought this when it was 33% NT training, and there would have been no reason to increase it since if this was the case IMO...
which gives good basis for this to be possible... would be great if someone actualyl found out

45' in both NT and league: ~45% training
45 mins in league = 50-55%% training IMO... remember its not linear
then there is 50-45% remaining, and NT gives... 30% of this number..?
(30% of 50% = 18% more say)
total i would estimate at 65-70% training

whos gonna play a NT player for 45 mins in league game anyway, i want to see their club ^^
2009-12-30 23:21:35
full NT and league match: ~90% training (because only the last match counts??)

I also think it's 100%!
If I understood grzesbe correctly he thinks that the league match gives ~90% training and the 50% training for the NT match just refers to the remaining training - in this case ~10%. So 50% of 10 is 5, therefore his estimation is around 95% for a NT match and a league match.
I hope it's not that way though ...

45' in both NT and league: ~45% training

I know it's not linear and the example was completely stupid anyway! ;-)

I actually just wanna know if 90 minutes NT match + 45 minutes league/cup/friendly adds to a complete training! ;-)
I'd say yes, some others aswell, but grzesbe says no.
And I just wanna clarifiy what's true :-))

Because it's a huge difference if my players get only ~70% training or ~90%! ;-)

If I understood grzesbe correctly

You did :)

I would do this in this way if i were greg ;)
In this way every additional match played durring the week will add some little portion to the training gained in thursday. It's simple and logical imho.

sorry but,the juniors league only extra is the fact the youth matches allow us the see somehow his future position (att, mid, def, gk) right?

It's simple and logical imho.
Not for me though ;-)

And in the rules I can't find anything which could support any of our opinions ...
So I'd be glad if an official could tell us who's right because it'd have a huge impact on my trainig plans if grzesbe was right!

I suppose 3 weeks to solid pace being 17 and 4 weeks to outstanding pace being 18 are good talents, aen't them?:P
2009-12-31 13:09:55
That's a really weird interpretation of things :) There is no mathematical/coding calculation that I know of that would give you the training results you think happen. For example, how could a NT game give you 50% training if that was the only game but if combined with a league game would only give you 5% more?

It's simple- there's a hard cap of 100 in training. A league game gives you roughly 90% of that, a friendly very slightly less. If you play a player in a NT game and a league game in the same position then it will receive 90% training plus 50% training, i.e. 140% training. The hard cap is 100% so that's what you get. I can't conceive of any system that would mean 90% plus 50% equals 95%.
