Yes the total skill is a little more fuzzy then before. It can change week by week up and down. But it tends to be almost correctly. It looks like they used Normal distribution. When i look to all of my known talented guys in youth it isn't such a big deal. some ar 1 level higher some a level lower then real. And somnetimes they are 2 or 3 levels higher or lower, but because of the tend to be centred it corrects itselves in a couple of weeks.

player marks are calculated as usual (with max. Form and 5% bonus on pace).

I saw a few (!) players with extraordinary high marks, don't know where that bug comes from. But most marks are correct.

defenders are almost always wrong, especially those who are set defensively

I can only tell what greg has said - the formula is the same. In my matches defender marks looked ok.

I saw 33 for a double adequate (pace + defender after been pulled, excellent passing) - in senior match it could be lower because he has better opponents, and therefor less quality in his actions.

With the new youth school how i can know what players keep there? Because i can't know his talent because his level change constantly.

is there any difference if a youth school player plays 90 or 45 minutes as far as coach's skill guesstimation being more or less accurate?

what about match marks? does it matter how much time is played?

a player with 25 mark in youth school, what mark will have in senior school once promoted?
