Juniors always train, unless you don´t have a trainer xD

How much is the margin a youth coach can be wrong, e.g. the youth coach says my player is "good (7)", and this player never played, could he be excellent/weak? Or is it only ±2?

It depends on how good your youthcoach is.

With a magical youthcoach there is at least a difference of 3 possible. It is not provable that 3 is the max :)

/edit: in far most of cases the difference is only one or none.

very good pace, hopeless defender
poor technique, average playmaker
solid passing, poor striker

He popped 1*,3,4,4,4,3,4,4,3, under the old junior system. He was then was +4 under the new system

I haven't changed my JC, so he would definitely have popped to Brilliant today, before the changes
