that's the question indeed... But I have good hope his talent is 3,... and the valuation of the coach was wrong in the beginning and he corrected it after the first match. I guess I'll have to train him to be sure.

With only 7 datapoints it is hard to say anything.

But if i would be interested in this player i would think talent 3-5.... with more chance of 3-4 then 4-5.... But it would still be gambling :)

you could just do "always"

a/team is winning
or
b/ team si drawing
or
c/ team is loosing by 1 goal

anyway im just going to use drawing or loosing to be save.

Situation: 18yo player, 4 weeks to outstanding pace. now is +3, played 4 consecutive matches for U21, will play in official and friendly match. in youth: talent 3.125 weeks. Popped after 2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,27 weeks. Coaches: 5xmagical

Q: 4 weeks to incredible pace?:)

IMO easily possible, yes... but the problem is its pace :)

seen 4 weeks to brilliant defender in 18 YO

pace is estimated as 25% slower to train... so 5 weeks to incredible and 5 to brilliant pace i think ;)

Can You tell me why are the differences in juniors skills after saturdays update? Some of my juniors have better/worst level in saturday than in thursday. It means coach estimate juniors 2times in week?

the triggers are right, so basically with those 2 orders, you always sub :p

4 weeks to incredible pace with top talent and full training is easily achievable imo

but the most important is did he get some extra subskill after pop to outstanding. it was 4 weeks to outsstandin but how many for formidable? if 4 too he should make it imo. if less - not sure
