Well, it was before they changed the junior system. You simply ignored the first pop and then took the remaining weeks and divided by the amount of pops.

and now?

That is anyone's guess but essentially it is the same. Only this time you really do have to take the total amount of weeks and divide by the amount of pops.

For juniors less than 10-15 weeks the graphs the talent is going to be pretty inaccurate i reckon.

Between 3 and 4. Just count the number of weeks from the first pop and take the level of the last "guess" on the graph (very good).

I would say 2.x pops in 9 weeks so between 3 and 4.

out of interest, what level is your junior coach? ...as that graph is fairly stable
