Sokker Organiser or Sokker Viewer. Is there any theories to working out the talent of juniors currently. (e.g total weeks over levels gained is the basic idea, but with the fluctuation - is there any basis to working out the range of a talent, maybe, like 3.33 - 4.33 or 5 - 7.33 or something?)

16/3 = 5.33333 or so - what coach, if unearthly/magical than he's untalented, but if excellent/formidable he isnt so bad.

where can I find players with the best talent?
No high skills just the TALENT with screen.

etc. players who jump after 1 or 2 weeks. (NO JUNIOR SCHOOL)

anyway, you're question is pretty stupid, there is not a specific place, like: go there and you'll find players with talent...
search the market or ask users to show you talent of players you want to buy...

I need advices about the game. For example, What kind of coach is better for the principal team and for the junior team.

Ranger2009: For the principal team you need a coach good in the abilities that you want to train so the overall level doesn't matter. For the junior team only the overall level of the coach matters... so a desirable coach would be a magic one for example.

When is the best day and hour to put a player on the transfer market?? I want to sell a MID and get as much money as possible..

impossible to say , it is different time every week, once some time is really great for sellers and all players go for very high prices and when i sell my players at this time next week, im robbed few milions euro

I use plus and have been busy recently. I notice junior's pops tend to fluctuate. Does that mean it's pretty inaccurate to spot a talented youth now? How do you do so?

About teamwork..

Is it possible to define the talent of a player by how quickly his teamwork improves? I've been comparing some of my players and it has seemed like the most talented ones raise their teamwork skill more quickly.

teamwork indeed seems to work almost like skilltraining, but the rules don't tell anything about influence of talent. So I don't know the answer.
