I have a question: how long does it take for a player to pop from incredible to brilliant in striking and then from brilliant to magic. Player is 21 and my coach is unearthly in striking and i have an incredible assistant. Talent of player in jr was 4
I've never trained striker, but last season my 22yo (also talent 4) took 6 wks to Brilliant Pace, then 6 wks to Magical pace. (HC unearthly in Pace + 3 x incredible Ass)
Since pace is the slowest skill to train, I'd guess at 5,6 or 5,5 for striker.

Unless that was a joke(?) I think you're misunderstanding talent a little... a junior talent of 4 means his average number of weeks between pops in junior school was 4 weeks.
It does not mean every pop as a senior player is also 4 weeks.
Junior talent is just a way of gauging the relative talent of juniors to each other.

i know he wont pop in 4 from brilliant to magic, but i expect 6-7 not more i hope. Anyway thank u all for ur help
only having 1 assistant makes it hard to extrapolate from my experience using 3
6 weeks maybe
6 weeks maybe
Ok here is the question: If a player with a MID order takes place of a red carded player with DEF order during the game (conditional order), what happens to the training of the player with the MID order?? Does his order now become DEF order or he stays as MID? Does he get training for the full game?

Hmmm... I am very surprised nowadays.
Two weeks ago: 11 supporter come
Last week: 7 supporters come
This week: 4 supporters come
But why, I win more then 10 goals last matches in the championship. I don't understand stupid football fans.:SS

there's no direct relation between +/- of supporters and match results
fan mood depends on:
fan mood level before the match and fan expectation for the match and match result
and there a pretty huge random factor in the formula how much supporters join jour club
and of course: the bigger your fan club is, the less will join with same mood level

no, but then its not a conditional order (where the DEF, MID, ATT order is kept) but a substitution. In that case, the player coming to the pitch takes the order of the injured player, regardless what order he had on the bench.

I suppose you mean injured or substituted :)

If I start a friendly game with the following orders, will I start with no keeper or will he be replaced automatically?
