hi i have a question, because a friend asked me this and i rly didn't knew the answer :P
Are there some punishments if a player is on the announcements and 2 managers agree for what price they will sell/buy the player. and the manager who owns the player puts him on the TL for 1€ and they agreed ia SK mail for example for a price of 500k€ and the other manager doesn't pay the 500k€ - the manager who owns the player then gets less then 500k€ at the end.
so is the other manager then punished for that?

No, it cannot be done anything regarding this...
Just add that user to the Black List, so other users should know that he isn't a trustworthy one...

well he gets on black list fo cheaters... and thus many managers wont make new deals with such users... but as a rule, like fine or forum ban/in-game ban isn't for this
