I bought the player on sunday and he played a league match but not in my club

will he recive my traning (pace) or I have to put him to play in a friendly match ?

GUys please look at Ozbekistan NT, a banned user won the elections(banned before the end of elections) and the coach is named a user from Moldova without votes. WHy he was chosen for the NT coach place?

the same in U.A.E. and U.A.E. U21 team,
i win the elections in senior team U.A.E. (without votes, i have the longest practice in sk) but today i see that user from Romania is a NT coach, wtf?

so...no one can answer???
