Hard to say, I need a bigger picture. Even Johannes' chart lacks too much information.
I'm pretty sure your players have a talent better than 5 though. :p

The incubation period of 7 weeks is too short to give reliable results in the calculation of the talent. Should be at least 11 weeks.

correlation - a connection between two or more things, often one in which one of them causes or influences the other

correlation is how well the dots (in this case the level of the youth) approximate to the linear regression.

Hi everybody .
i have two difficult matches next week and I want to make some conditionate replacements (btw,there aren't enough spots for conditionate replacements)
I'll train defenders next week.
In cronological order:score equal or the opponents are leading minute 30 :reserve A placed on bench of mid reserrves replaces defender .Will the A player train as defender ?

Next ones:

-score equal or the opponents are leading minute 30 : reserve C placed on defenders reserve list replaces defender D nr.3.
-I'm winning or equal minute 60 striker E nr 10 is replaced by defender reserve F. Will F play like a defender or striker?
Same minute: replacement on poSition between F and defender nr 3( C or D) .Will they change their play stile (from defender to striker and viceversa) ?
How much /or if will they train if both replacement(last two) or only one will be done. (I think my english is not good enough now ) ?
And another thing:if they play mbetween the 30th or 60th minute a 6-3-1 will the whole training for all defenders be ruined?

I do not hv money to get a magical coach for my youth school. May I know what is the min. level for an effective youth coach?

incredible i would say ;)

if you cant afford one, spend on coaches and get better players so you can get to a higher division for more money, then start a youth school... starting too early can be a waste of time unless you can have 15-20 spaces open
