no idea... my thoughts are he will get continuously worse and worse over time.. but usually they are bad after maybe 15 mins with tragic

If they move a lot, then yes. If a player with tragic stamina doesn't move an inch though then I'm pretty sure he won't get worse over time at all.

you can't because these are national rankings.

it could be cool to make some.. the best way to make some filter with in. I will choose country and I will see the country ranking list, I will not select any country and I will see one list from all countries

once every so often rankings are done for all teams.. its massively dominated by polish teams..id say 1 or 2 times a season its done..maybe external sites or something, but i think it usually comes from the developers - greg, damian or the other guy,

no, i didn't tell it to you. if you play against a foreign club, your ranking will change.
