the second and fourth do not have good talent. (Fourth can be reasonable talent... but i doubt it) The first and third need some more pops to see. But on first see it looks ok.

a 5 and 3 week pop?
ok iv had a 3 and then a 5, but thats because i switched the player between league and friendly training between pops...
3 weeks to good is a decent talent,

3 weeks to good is a decent talent,
from what i would guess they all have talent somewhere between 4 and 6. so nothing unusual.and not that poor.
remember there is over 4 trainings a noticeable difference between league and friendly matches in the training % they recieve. player in league matches will pop noticeable quicker!
as wybo says, you need more info..usually 3 pops is needed..
with talent 4, usually its 3 weeks from weak - good, 4 to each time as fasr as excellent, 5 or so as far as incredible, after that players are older so it can be longer..
lower talents = faster pops, higher = longer pops ;)

I only had 1 main coach and no asst coaches in the first 5 weeks. Then I got 3 excellent asst coaches. Could it be bcos of that?
very likely ;)
assistants increase rate of training quite a lot i think

...player in league matches will pop noticeable quicker!...
really?...then from your experience, how much(in percentage) league matches faster than friendly and cup matches?...also this assumed with no assistants(cuz I don't have :p)

no.. im estimating 70% training for friendlies, 85% for league games, 100% for both
usually people say higher numbers.. (in the rules it says the difference between playing a league and friendly game is smaller than the additional gain for playing both) maybe they are 72.5 and 87.5
but i personally find that a player playing 2 matches a week has much faster pops than others, your guy might pop in 4 weeks again where a similar player will take 5 weeks... his gain is maybe 15%extra training, so that equates to 1 extra training every 6 weeks.. which isnt much really when you consider it. but over a season, thats 2.5 - almost 3 trainings which is almost 1 pop. (or is a pop in lower skills)
my numbers may be wrong, but its a good idea to look at them. at the same time, by training someone else in friendlies, they are getting 15 weeks of training (albeit less than full %) so in terms of reselling players its better to train a lot

I have a player who got injured at the Friendly game but kept playing till the end.
Problem is he didnt get slight but injured(8), next day he was still injured(8), did he get the training the next day even though was injured ?
Dont forget he didnt leave the field but kept playing the whole match while he was injured.
BTW this is the player Vaso

It doesn't matter that he did not leave te field. Sometimes it happens that an injured player (+7 or +8) refuse to leave the field.
Altough he can not train next day if he is on wednessday a '+' injured player instead of a slightly injured player. The trainingengine looks only to that.

no training. training update happens before the medics heal players, so he was still (8) even though he is slight after the update :/
