i honestly think there is little difference between magical and unearthly, BUT there is also coach subskill. remember that so he might be high magical or low magical, so you can be lucky or unlucky.
as was said, why risk it. get unearthly coach in all skills you will train if possible. or maybe switch YC with head coach if he has unearthly passing (its what i do)

coaches cost a lot of money for training, and its wasted money if you are doing it wrong ;)
difference in training % is probably 10% less i guess

players dont retire, only their skills begin to decrease faster and faster, eventually you will sack him ;)

you only need to draw or lose by 1 goal.
second place can win his match and have more points than you on 33 ;)

to answer your questoin: depends on rankings and performance for the past 2 seasons. i won relegation match 6-0 and went down 1 mood in ranking. so promotion/relegation matches have been changed lots also regarding affect of mood ;)
losing 10-0 will have very bad affect i think

I didnt think about it but he will try to win promotion not fighting relegation.
In that case you should win the game and lose the match of the promotion it will cost you less fans.

I know it's a stupid question, but does anybody know if it's possible to resign from the Champions Club Cup and to hand my place over to another team from my country?

or somehow manage a draw, which shouldnt affect mood (maybe 1 level).
promotion is always welcome though IMO. more money for a season!

Unfortunately not

I dont think form is completely random.
All of the times I wanted to make the form of my players go up, I did it.

Change position of your players, maybe he wants to play twice a week, change sides. see after two weeks if there is a change for the better if you had a change for the better keep doing it.

My average form is 14.8 and its even higher if you look only on the first 11.

Or buy cheap players for one euro who have divine form and let your A-team players suck their forms into them.. ;)

I did a very good draw with the strongest team in my country two weeks before, in the last week I won 1-0 and this week I won 4-0 and today 5 supporters quitted my team, WHYYYYY ????
