How do I create/get these?

Hello, i would like to ask one question about NT player training.
Here is the question: If I train attackers technique in MID position and he is playing for NT in ATT position, does he get an extra training?

No. Orders must be same to get that extra training.

How do I create/get these?

afaik he will get 100% (or additional) general training ;)
but they have to play matches in the same order to get extra training so no he wont get extra training

ask once in future.

create them in a painting program. e.g ms paint - im guessing this one was done in photoshop or something.

i dont actually know what they are called and i guess you are the same, so cant google a decent program for doing it :P

From the rules:

Training of defending (tackling the ball)

You can select the position that will train defending most effectively during the week, you can choose among ATT, MID and DEF. The remaining positions train slower.

Training of technique

Similar to defending, it is most intensively trained by the position selected for the current week.

Does this mean that these skills train at the same rate for the three positions (ATT, MID, DEF)?

yep, but if you train for ATT you have only 6 training positions per week, while you have 10 for MID or DEF

because nobody seems to have an answer to your question.. its more a question for someone who knows a lot about pcs. id say photoshop is what you want anyway.

Those things are userbars, I'd suggest you look for 'userbars generator' in google.
