You can play a player on both at the same week but next week neither team will be able to get him.

He could play on Sunday no matter what.
It only matters if he plays on the same week on both NT games.

If he will play on Friday(U-21) than on Saturday(Seniors) next week he wont be able to play a NT match.

I didnt ask about the talent but about junior overall attribute

Only upon attributes

you cannot affect on skill distribution neither the age affects on that
and you cannot know distribution of skills until he comes from junior school

for example I have in my youth school two juniors both excellent.. one is 16 and one 19 years old..

are they gonna have similliar atributes or the 19 years old junior will have much better?
