They should be about the same, dnt forget about sub skills and stuff. But yes, they will be the same.
they will have a similar distribution of points
excellents have between ~ 26-34 skills points with an average of 30,731
if one player gets excellent keeper, excellent striker adequate stamina, and all others useless, well thats just unlucky :)
they have skill points randomly distributed.
with the recent change to juniors, when they join the school they have X skills. then each skill is trained equally after that point.

EDIT: found her
Your junior players
You can only play with players from your junior school in the junior match. Within the junior school you can now see the preferred position of a player (outfield or goalkeeper), age and total skill of each junior, but you don't see individual skills as they remain hidden. The distribution of individual skills is set for each junior when he comes to your junior team; each individual skill grows with the overall skill when your junior trains each week.
If you want to know the skills distribution before the junior is promoted, you will have to play him in junior matches, and verify his aptitude on various positions.

EDIT again: its in the rules change on news section also somewhere if you scroll back. that post by rtg is basically a copy n paste of it though, and it was confirmed at that time.

Thank you.
It means that a tragic junior will be well rounded after 30 weeks and I doubt if that will be the case.
The end result seems really weird, how about a player who comes with very good in one skills will he just stop leveling in that skills once it gets to excellent.
doesnt look logical to me, but if you say its confirmed then it sux :P

just some very old data which i never went back around to seeing for updated version..no idea who i nicked this info off... i just copy n paste a load to irish forums randomly.
the higher end youths there are very few samples.. buts its a good base example anyway
Those columns are:
- level of junior
- amount of juniors on this level taken to measurment
- lowest and highest sum of skill
- medium sum of skills of those juniors
2. unsatisfactory / 1 / 3 / 3,3
3. poor / 1 / 9 / 9,9
4. weak / 1 / 13 / 13,13
5. average / 7 / 11-18 / 15,71110
6. adequate / 14 / 16-21 / 18,57260
7. good / 39 / 12-27 / 20,80811
8. solid / 37 / 19-29 / 23,73878
9. very good / 39 / 20-34 / 27,511073
10. excellent / 37 / 26-34 / 30,731137
11. formidable / 23 / 30-39/ 33,87779
12. outstanding / 13 / 29-40 / 36,69477
13. incredible / 8 / 39-43 / 41,12329
14. brilliant / 2 /37- 46 / 41,583
15. magical / 2 / 44 / 44,88
17. divine / 1 / 58 / 58
so ur incredible will probably have 37 sklill points or higher if he has extra training. the 8 is to show that those numbers were based on 8 examples of youths

here's a better study:
click
there is the junior skill, numar juniori = number of the juniors taken into account
cele mai multe puncte = most points in skills
cele mai putina puncte = less...
medie calitati = the average

Hello !
If a team leaves the WO. get my players training for the match?
If a team leaves the WO. get my players training for the match?
Yes, they get training! :-)
But if you wanted to make any substitution the player originally on the bench won't get training.
