I started playing with outstanding YS it almost cost me bankruptcy but after a season or two I pulled a junior who was sold for 4M euro. :)

I totally agree it is not wise to start with youth.... but there are always exceptions. Like in my case...
started with an formidable Youth coach, replaced him after 8 weeks with a brilliant one.
after 4 months i got my first 163k youthplayer for sale and another 4 months later a 350k player. In the first year and a half i made more the 3 million (one player i sold without training was 1.2 million) out of it. But yes it is an exception. And propably my profit would be higher when i put the eforts of youth into training better players.

I started in Week 15/0 - got a 16yo Good 2 junior who sold for 500k straight away :P

The current manager won't show me his skills, but he's pulling 40 marks as a striker, has a value of 200 000 $ or so and is 19 atm. I think he's future England U21 material but I don't know his skills cos the manager won't tell me :(

Hello everybody!!I have a question.Whats happened if a national player is currently playing for Senior NT and he is 21 years old but the National coach isnt let him be U-21 to be used for the WCQ?
he can play in both teams 1 week, and in no team the next week..
although i think when he is in 1 squad he cannot be in the other (you can remove him from U21 friday after match and add him to NT and he can play, but he has to be removed and as i said he cannot play in either team next week then)
and i dont think anything can be done, just talk and discuss with the community and see where he is wanted more so

Thats not good for the player. He should play every week to get the extra training.

Considering his transfer history, I really don't think that player is U21 material at all.
I agree with that he probably isnt good enough to play for even a smaller country than yours.
Use Google translate and ask him in his own language, or you could ask managers at translation topic to help you out.

some managers dont want them playing at U21 and NT i think...
