how come there are some strong NTs that have a very little number of users? (Cymru for example)

it's a general situation in all countries...

old countries with a long tradition of youth schools and good trainers...

players from 'little' countries probably also have an x-factor in favor: special love from managers who like players with something 'extra' like a more rare nationality ... or just because they'd think there's a better chance to have a NT player from a smaller country because there are less players available for selection.

some experienced managers also set up international co-operations to support the development of youth players-trainees for various reasons, sometimes just to help the few managers there or sometimes with the intention to have a chance of becoming a NT coach there later on.

Like in rules...you know, you click on "training" and you just jump to training rules but on same page.

nope. he wants to be able to create a link where it jumps down the post so he can list at the top where you can click each heading such as these 3 and it brings you directly to that part of the post then (like its done in rules). maybe rtg can help, however i think it is code, and the game doesnt allow code so far as i know. my only suggestion is to bold each heading and make it bigger (size=18px)

whats the best to build and what is the difference between Terraces, Benches and Seats (cos of new roules)?

still best to build seats with roof i guess. But i dont know.
in the old version as still in the rules if you dont have enough seats a certain amount of supporters wont attend. they also get you higher income.

roof means that weather doesnt have as much an effect on attendance.

the main noticeable difference is lower attendances and lower income from terraces or benches ;)

i have seats or seats with roof all around an increased price by 3 $ on all since this update and am still selling out for matches.. will build another 5k seats with roof when i have enough money to do so

ok, thanx.. i have still basic stadion but if I will decide to build up the stadium i will spend around 5 000 000 $, but not this season for sure.

I can speak by myself. I started with 500 seats in front of benchs. Cheap, effective and fast. :)

what do you think about this stadium? I think he has some reasson that he made stadium like that.. mi correct?
