but the turkish tutor can read and answer irish tutor questions too. Let him write a turkish mail to the irish tutors and ask the turkish tutor to answer it. That might be the easiest way for this user.

i just told him to contact them directly. link to their forums, their staff lists etc.. hope he can solve it..
i tried explaining also anyway.. but i really dont know what his problem is, as he said its with all players when i mentioned that you cant resell a player for a short time after buying them.

Today I recieved an offer of 2,5 million euros as a 1st bid for this 22y.o player, but the buyer is ready to pay 2,8-3 million euros max and thinks he will be sold like 2,5-3,5 million euros. (By the way, his 1st offer was 3 million euros!)

Although some estonian users told I can get AT LEAST 3m euros, max. even 5m euros! So who should I belive?

I sent this video of his training.

One bad thing is you CANT get a very good picture about his talent according to this video. He got injured at the end of last season and lost 2 DEF trainings (Last season I trained DEF and planned to do this starting from this week again)

His last 5 weeks training:

2x stamina
3x pace

2.5M seems low to me for a player like him at 22.. id be looking for another million.. 3.5M area

looks like the forum hasnt been used in a while though.
as for your player his skills distribution is pretty perfect. high passing and pace, balanced other skills.. i would say 3.5mill maybe 4, i dont think you can get 5M.
EDIT: talent, not really a major thing at 22 imo. more for younger players, though still does encourage buyers obviously

I'm training pace. If my player played as MID in league and then ATT in cup, would he get 100% training (for both matches) ?

nope.

last match order counts if its different.
since its cup (and official match) he will get probably 85-90% training

Yeah thanks, I just thought since pace training doesn't rely on position, then 2 matches with different positions still count

hehe, you're not the first one who thought like that, that's why the rules say:

The player must play with the same match order (def, att etc) in both matches in one week, otherwise only the last match they played will count for training (even if you are training pace).

why would you change his order anyway? :)
only reason would be NT matches where he is diff order i guess..
but there shouldnt be need to ;)
