hopefully rtg can answer you as he is best for those type of questions since he already has programs like that

its fine

i have everything programmed but i just want to make sure it's legal.
I would suggest for such applications sokker to implement security code different from the password of the account to not compromise such applications by storing the user password . Also those applications could be certificated similar to hattrick.

If i want to know talent of my player on sokker organizer...do i look only at his pace pops(because i'm training pace) or at all skill pops?
2010-09-11 11:11:30
Well, pace takes ~25% longer than other skills.

Situation: let's take these two players:
one def: here
one striker: here

Def's height is 173 cm, striker's height is 189 cm.
If maths didn't change lately, this means an advantage of 16 cm for the striker.

Q: who'll win the header?
A: Look today's game, Israel - Moldova... the answer is the defender...

well i don't think that taller player will always win those situations

he just has bigger chances to do so, but as long as shorter player has some chances he can still win it

well in the Russia- Bosnia game, my strikers have 178, 180 189. and they won msot of headers vs a defender with 175 and 180 cm... so as neuro said the cahnce of winning is bigger but not is won always.

So i can know real talent of a player when i'm training other skill than pace and stamina...

I doubt there is anything what you could call 'real talent' in this game. Some skills are trained faster, some are slower, there is also some randomness added to everything so the result of training can be different for the same player, skill, trainers, position and time played. Result of training depends of so many factors (age of player, time and position played, trainers, trained skill, talent, random factor) that it is practically impossible to math so called talent. This is of course made for a purpose, in real life you can also recignize well talented player but you can't calculate exactly how well he play after a few years.
Btw, I think that 'talent' is different for each skill, one of my players gained jumps in playmaking and technic after 2 individual trainings but for defence it took 7 trainings. And all known factors were similar.

Yes youre right in most thing said there...but i don't agree that one player trains bettter one skiill than other i think he trains all skills the same(except pace and stamina) the only difference is if his skill is example : 12 and other skill 1 he will naturaly train lower skill faster

technic is a faster training then for instance striker.

I track my training for the time i play this game.
And that's why i can say there is no random in 'randomtraing'. It is just a static percentage of training under same conditions. There is also no difference in talent between skills.

one of my players gained jumps in playmaking and technic after 2 individual trainings but for defence it took 7 trainings.
Please show a screen out of sokker viewer or sokker organizer with all data.

imo whoever gets to where ball lands first wins the header.. height is just for speed
2010-09-11 15:31:05
depends on your assistants. the average level of your assistants has ~big % effect on talent i guess..
so no assistants a player takes much longer to pop in a skill.

for talent. usually i estimate at age 18,19 the pop from excellent - formiddable playing 2 matches in a week = talent of the player..
