As you can see technique popped from adequate to good after 2 individual trainings (351 and 366).
Playmaking also after 2 trainings (350 and 364).
For defence he had to get 7 trainings (353, 354, 357, 358, 359, 360, 361).
Head coach has all the 3 skills unearthly.

He had only 2 deftrainings (or 3, matter of counting the week of popping as first of last)... he played all other matches with midorder so get no actual real training there.
Last 2 rows you can see the order of the player with what he played that week, in fourth row from the right you can see the trainingorder.

You are right but this is not exactly like this, other formations get less individual training then the nominated formation but still much more then the general training. This depends on the trained skill, I estimate that this could be up to 50% for defence. So he got 2 full individual trainings + 5 partial individual trainings + some general trainings of defence. Which in my opinion is still much more then he got of technique and playmaking. So either there is quite big random factor in each training or talent differs from skill to skill.
Now when thinking of it, this is the only player who shows so big difference between speed of training different skills so this example is maybe more proof of randomness of the training results. He might just be lucky with technique and playmaking, unlucky with defence.

that is a wrong assumption, it is around 10% like normal general training.
There is totaly no prove for the assumption as above. Even your example proves something else.
/edit: for striker, passing and playmaking there are some benefits for other orders, but not for technic and defending.
/edit2: i would love to see a player who got a full pop on def in 5-8 weeks from weak or higher on def who played only as with midorder and training for deforder, something like that would prove it for me.

If a put no DEF on the bench, but a GK, two MID and an ATT, whol will replace an injured DEF?
(right position)
MID
ATT
DEF
GK
but for goalkeepers I see DEF is checked first so sequence is:
(GK)
DEF
MID
ATT
MID
ATT
DEF
GK

MID
ATT
The best I found in my SV is 12 games as mid/att when defs trained defence + 14 other (general) trainings. If we assume general training is ca 10% and other formations don't get any benefits from def's defence training, he popped after 2.6 full trainings which is possible (age 22-23 years). So this is not strong enough proof. Anyone has something better? Too bad I had quite chaotic training as far, changing skills and players' positions (and trainers) often make it difficult to make good research.
I still think there is some benefit also in defence and technique training, I was training defence lately and had more pops among mids and attackers then before. But this maybe is not big, like 20% of full training?

Hi, can I do the following:
Lets say I want to train a GK passing, so I put him as a midfielder, in my orders I put:
'1 Allways "My keeper" in possition 1
So that he will be as keeper and will be with midfielder order.
Am I right on what I say?

I never train def, pm or passing
i have some players who took around 20-30 weeks of general training on def to adequate.
i will show picture of one with only 21 weeks, he is younger but is best show that fits one screen :)

LOL i do not know if it works... but it it is creative.
But if he plays with midorder, i am in doubt if he could take the ball with his hand....
But i do not know. It just takes someone who tries it for the first time.

It will crash the server and end the Sokker as we know it.
LOL, I cant believe there is no official answer for my question so far... We might need to wait to some crazy manager who did this...
