I think technique is extremely important in the back, even more so than passing and PM. I for one love to play against DEF's without technique, they so often give you easy goals by missing their controls.
as i said. passing is pointless without pm, as they wont decide where to pass and kick ball out of play, or just keep ball until they lose it.
pm to get rid of ball quicker is important.
technique is needed to control ball, or to prevent being tackled by strikers and giving them shooting chance.
levels of importance i consider PM almost as high as tech. passing i dont really care about anymore..

aint "combination play" based od passing? :D
of course, it is. I like make play from behind and in my tactic system is very important a good level of passing in defenders.

Is better to build seats under roof or bench under roof?
imho seats
bench spectators are not as rain-sensitive as seat spectators

Are you sure, that this is really true about training???
player who play just league will get 100%
player who plays league and friendly will get max 103%
This means, that player who will be training league and friendly for 33 weeks (100%/3%=33)
will get JUST one more full training more that player who is training just at league for same time.
33 weeks !!! This is very useless, so I can not believe that this can be really true.

I am not sure about the percentage, it could be 5% too, but yes it is very small...And that is in the rules
"The differences in training effectiveness resulting from player’s appearances during the week are small. A player who played in one friendly only, will have only slightly less effective training than the one from the first team line-up. The difference is even smaller for a player that played in two games instead of just one."

I read this:
100% league
95% friendly
both max 103%.
But this is so less.... that I am not sure. If you can obtain after 2,5 season !! (33 weeks) just one more training, this we can really call useless. But a lot of managers are training young players in both matches :-)

average or slightly better than average... I am kicking of players who have 3 weeks :-)
as above, depends what matches he is playing in, if only friendlies, then yes very good,
if league or both, then good talent but maybe nothing special
if he pops in 2 to adequate then his talent is quite good ;)

imo 85% league, 75% friendly
as for rules, they are very vague and translated also so maybe errors there, +im sure the training system is messed with slightly since the rules were made
