Hello friends. I am a very new sokker player and i would like some information about talent. I have baught a few defensive players and an uneartly coach , i am training defence for 4 weeks now and i would like to know how can we estimate if a player is talented or not , if there is an excel sheet or a similar program for the senior squad to estimate a talent of a player ( or just a technique with just a pencil and a piece of paper is good for me ) and let us know if we should keep him or not.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Good program to manage your team included section of players with them talent is Sokker Viewer. There is official site http://www.sokkerviewer.net/. To estimate talent you should hold your player at least for two jumps in trained skill. Then you'll know at what period of time he's jumping.

ΟΚ and thanks for the answer. I have done it already. What i dont know is to translate the answers. For example.18y old full pop ( from on pop to the other) in defence 3 weeks , talented or not ? And so on. Cant i find the data somewere ?

If you just installed a SK Viewer, not, because SK viewer is registering a progress of your team since when you'll install it. If you have your team more than few weeks, you won't know about the progress.

About first question, if that player fully poped from one level to the next, I mean he had for example weak pace, poped in one week and then after three weeks he poped again then you know his talent, it's 3 :)

a 3 week pop is probably good ;)
BUT.
depends on your head coach, assistants general level and the player talent.

if you have bad assistants it does have a slight effect on the speed of training so also watch that.

also the level. 3 weeks to hopeless \(1), unsatisfactory (2), poor (3) is pretty bad.

3 weeks to the levels above this is ok until about average/adequate. So (4),(5),(6)

you have greek though so your levels are different..added numbers...

if its 3 week pops to anything above 7 its a super talent probably.

Looks like an average talent, depends on coach level and player age.

when talking about trainees and not youth players it also depends on what you train consecutively, if you switch between trainings regularly like i'm doing the results will not be that clear. i'm just doing that because i buy my players cheap with all sorts of stats lacking but i managed to get a hold of a trainer with 3x unearthly and pretty good other skills for a cheap wage which i can still afford.

so i'm taking an approach to train the 'whole team' in those 3 skills based on the average in skill instead of training individual players in one skill and i look at what i call the 'general talent': doesn't matter what rises in skill, as long as at least one of them rises in a number of weeks as far as i'm concerned the player is 'talented' enough to keep.

if you have more expensive players or a coach with only one unearthly skill and want to make a profit it's better to train one individual skill though because the profit for every pop rises exponentially on the market and it allows you to provide better skill talent screens.
