after he set on TL, then what will happen? another player can bid also. or there is menu to agree without waiting deadline after i bid?

no, it's an auction like usual. You don't have a guarantee to get the player.

5 injured players is too much. I am very angry. This is a bad luck or there is something i can do to stop it ?

tacklings include the biggest injury risk, you can try to improve playmaker and pace skills to have less tacklings...

why transfers which were finished are now activated?

the downtime means that transfers for the last while will be reset so that there were no unfair bids which ended near or during the downtime

am hoping we get a reason for the downtime :)
