Is there a way to predict the junior level, according to the sum of the skills?

take a look here, it's a research of mine...
you have the skills underlined...
numar juniori = number of juniors on whom I calculated
cele mai multe puncte = most skill points
cele mai putine puncte = fewest skill points
medie calitati = average

of course, it depends on stamina and keeper level, which have greater impact on skill points... and also the research was made 2 years ago...

may i know the formula for appoint best player position as : keeper, defender, midfielder, winger, and attacker, at club?

Keeper:
Pace and keeper.(pass is useful)

Defender:
Pace and defending.
+ secondary PM tech and pass (not as important, just useful)

MID:
Pace,Def,PM,Tech and Pass.(all should be quite equal)

Winger:
Pace,tech,pass and pm(pm may be lower).

Att:
Pace, tech and striker.

for a new user, you dont need so much focus - but the above post is exactly the requirements for each position ;)
this is just the basics to allow you get promoted and get onto higher money where you can then focus on better players

Keeper:
Pace and keeper. keeper should be much higher when possible

Defender:
Pace and defending.

MID:
Pace,PM,and Pass.(all should be quite equal)

Att:
Pace and striker.

Where's the best place to ask the people who got Jamaicans in their squads and wants eventually share their skills with Jamaica U21 staff?

Jamaica is a dead forum from experience i have been overlooking it for 3 seasons. All i can say is try external programs such as;

-) NTDB
-) Dreamteam website
-) Ultimate Scout Tool

and just see any possible players there.

Go through transfer histories of every side in Jamaica. That's possibly your best shot at finding them, and not an excessive amount of sides to go through either.

It's already over match time and all national cup matches in Vietnam haven't started yet, without any notice of delay. What is the problem?

Hello, I have a question for you, what is that average from the match report (striker solid, passing solid, defender solid)?
I knew that is the average of all players who played in that match on those skills (striker, passing, defender), but if I calculate an average of my players skills is nothing like what is shown there.
Who knows better and can prove?

depends also a lot on form, im not too sure to be honest how it works though.
you are looking at langhe or rtg to answer this question i reckon, hopefully either will check in here some stage, match orders and few other things i know very little about as stats like that dont bother me much
