even on higher skills if the player is young and gets 2 matches per week. there is lots of proof of these in training topics.. ill see if i can find one

was it possible for consecutive pace pops in a player

defenitely, already had 2 players in my team who did that too

well i knew it was possible for sure.
was gonna check the german data thingy either to see, but managed to find that pic first so was happy with it :)

i dont think iv ever had a 1 week pop in anything :(
my assistants are finally at a decent level though, so i reckon i can manage it now

On other skills I had a lot of one week pops :)
But my staff is pretty decent ... ^^

My crappy staff can do that too :P. I think I had formidable, outstanding and incredible assistants at that time

i want to know why dont players have experience and in this way players 30 years old will have their own advantages like in reality

There is :P It affects tactical discipline (how closely they stay to where you positioned them in the match orders)

thats not true because when your player moves to another team his diciplane decrease to minimum

Not to the minimum, tactical discipline the average of team-work (affected by how long the player has been on your team) and experience

His teamwork does, not his experience ;)

so tactical disiplane isnt an effect only in your team?

kinda tough question, but does anyone ever noticed if there are sub levels in form or it is only integral numbers ?
