In technique trainning. Is it true that the order(MID,ATT,DEF) of the last game played is the one that will, actually, be worth for the trainning?

So: if my ATT play 90 min in sunday's game and then in wednesday's game he play 1 min with DEF order ( which is the one i'm trainning) then he will train technique normally? :)

1 min def will be trained IF you train DEF position that is ;)

I think i got it! If my boy play 90 min ATT in sunday's game it won't matter for the train cuz all that matter is the time he played in DEF order.

NO. All that matters is his last game played if he plays in different positions.

and the time he plays only adds together if he plays the same position.
so in your example he gets 1 min training in tech, so = 1% training

its better leave him not play as he gets 90 mins general training then which is a lot more important

hey, when i edit a formation, like 442 to a new type by moving the little players around, i save it under a diff name like for ex. slicendice; and everythings good, says tactics saved on top.
I go to the matches page, then match orders of my next match and click on tactics, then change formation to slicendice, but it doesnt appear how i edited on the formations page, it looks like the original 442???? does this mean my squad will go out using my edited version of the 442 named slicendice, or go out on the pitch using the original 442? i am plus if that has anything to do with it.

basically, im wondering if i edit a formation, apply to a match, but the formation appears like the original formation on match orders, will my players go on the pitch using my edited version of the formation, or will they go on the pitch with my edited tactic??

when you say you edit a 4-4-2 do you save that 4-4-2 formation as a different name? Then you select the new named tactic and edit that. You cannot edit any of the default lineups
