you could be right, but the rules isnt consequent in this question:
- Players do not receive training in extra time as they are too tired.
- Note that when you substitute a player, they will only receive training according to how long they played in the match.

but if he misses general training its not taht important imo anyway so not major problem :D
would be a very interesting discovery if you could train him this way. (he does not get training for this extra time, so the 90 min from sunday still count)

It's been several RL-years since I've last recruited coaches, but I'm pretty sure I was able to set the different skills at unearthly. Anyways it was a shot in the dark back then also.
Anyone has some recent experience with recruiting unearthly (general level) coaches?

The highest skill you can set is magical, but when you pull the coach they can be unearthly. So when you set all skills on magical and almost every skill is unearthly it will be an unearthly coach. But it is super lucky to get an unearthly coach, most people already fail to get a magical coach.

My only opponent in junior league has got no team. Now I'm left with no one to play with in the junior league! So how am i going to know my junior's talent? And do they get trained???

but as the league above yours is full and the league under yours is empty, I don't see a solution except junior bot teams, but they won't come I guess. So you have to wait for next season when you will promote for sure. But you will get normal training for all juniors, your only disadvantage is that your coach will do a bit worse estimations about the junior levels than he would do with matches.

We have a similar problem in Luxembourg : with only 3 junior teams, we don't play every week, so it's very difficult to have a good estimation of our junior's talent... I wish we could have bots to solve this problem, pleaaaaaaaaase !!! :)

you mean this is a coach? definitely not. A coach should have unearthly in the trainable skill.
