either wya its hard to tell.
i would guess he has decent talent though looking myself, but as i said its pretty much impossible to tell

if i use a player in friendly and league matches.. the obtain more than 100% of training right? and if so, how much is the percentage?

what does 100% mean to you? For me = maximum, right? 100%, that's why it's called 100%, it would have been called 95% or 98% if it wasn' maximum...
thus, maximum is 100%...

Well maybe i'm a little bit confused.. because if xyz player only plays in league matches and 123 plays in league and friendly obtains more training.. but my question is how much...

ok, this is another thing, he will obviously obtain more, but not more than 100%.
I think no one in here, maybe not even greg, can tell you precisely by how much... imo, around 2-3%...
