How many levels at max can a player go up/down, at form, Mondays and Thursdays? per update

4 was worst I ever saw.

just on Monday or Thursday, not all week

I'd say 4, but I feel a bit doubtful as MacLanghe can't be right ;)

I see several 5 in my team but maybe I'm mistaking.

yeah i think its 3 per update which is on mondays and thursdays...
that would suggest 6 in a week, though i dont know...

i will check through my players on osokker at half time in match

As far as assistants go.. Would it be better to have say x3 incredible assistants than it would be to have for example x2 brilliant assistants?

yes, if you want to get as much as possible for your money, you should always have 3 assistants
