also just to reasnwer the form question. i looked through all my players (it holds 30 weeks of data per player or something)
the most i had was 5 of an increase or decrease in a week. (4-5 examples out of my squad of 20 players)
i dont know if 6 is possible. and i cant confirm the max or min per update (though i still think its 3 from experience)

Hello all, I was wondering.
If u are training MID-s, pace for example, do the ATT and DEF players get any training?
And if yes, how much do they get? (%) And if yes, do u get that extra training only if u are training Mid-s?

If you train pace all players who play at least 1 game in a week will train equally

You mean stamina? I was wondering if u train MID-s, do non-MID players get any % of that training?
if you train pace for MIDs: ATT, DEF and GK get the same training (see the rules about pace training)
if you train playmaker for MIDs: ATT and DEF get around 25%.

friendly match players get less training ;)
DEF,MID or ATT doesnt matter.
playing both matches in a week = 100% training. league match is maybe 85%, friendly 75%
could be higher could be lower.. most people say higher but i think there is difference of about this much
