from rules: If you play more than the maximum allowed for an area (for example 6 DEF) or do not set a lineup you will lose training unless you switch to stamina.

my question: if i set eg. 6 DEF for wednesday, the whole team lose the training, or only the players, who played on wednesday?

Is this right? I thought you do get it back?

all players lose individual training, only training you don't lose is general training for your sunday players afaik.

I'm 100% sure that all lose individual training. And I'm 90% sure about that general training thing ;)

i know if a NT coach plays in your example 6 DEF. they gain additional general training but lose the additional main training.
so maybe its like you say and they get general training..i dont know

the system wont let you play 6 def. i ever try to play 4 striker. but i get warning so i must change to maksimum 3 striker. you can play 6 def, but 1 of them must enter as a substitute.

wrong, if a substitute enters, he always takes the order of the substituted player

No, sokker gives you a red Warning! Check your setup! if you field to many players with the same order.
