I have a dilemma about what to do with this coach, what do you think ?
notice that sum of his skill is 124 = 15.5level .. so he is as close to unearthly coach is he could be

Well, the dilemma might be that a coach like that cost a lot of money and tries to pull, so even if he cant afford him now, then when he can he needs to use money to get one, so he might even be worth keeping if you take the 0,5 mio euro he saves later on a pull.
