i guess he mean, he has 10 striker and he want to train their playmaking. so, if he play those striker as midfielder, are they get fastest training for their playmaking?
im pretty sure he wants to train 10 attackers.
for training them in mid he can train 5 each week.
but if he does that in striker skill. they only get probably 50-60% effective training i assume, and the other % goes to the ATT players. so then you effectively train 16 players in striker 50%
if you train 3 strikers in ATT. the 5 mids get 50% of striker training also so you get 6 players trained 100% and 10 players trained ~50%

Maybe i do not understand your post. But it looks like you think you can change the order for training striker.
For striker the trainingorder is irrelevant. Alwasy ATT train 100%, mids slower (after years of training striker, i think it is somewhere around 33 to 45%) And defs around normal general training or so.

didnt know that detail of it :)
i assume for the mid % it adds up to the total training.
so there is 1000% training available in a week (say you train tech for mids there are 10 players get it.
so when there are 6 strikers. 600% is used. the 400% is then available for the potential 10 mid players so they get 40% effective training.
and that would be in your range also.

never tought about it that way, but it sounds very logical :)

Is it like this?
Is it like this?
Probably not, but it is a nice tought :)
if you train tech for ATT there is just only 6*100% and nothing more :)

well thats why you train tech for mids :)
and play strikers in MID order
and play strikers in MID order
If you want attackers that pass instead of try to score indeed. Last 2 season i chose to get less training, but much better play on the field :)
and i never used real players for extra strikertraining on midposition. Only sometime when i had 7 trainees :)

Can anyone explain me how much % of training effectivenes assistants add? is it really worth having 3 magical assistants and so.
If I understood correctly the effect of assistents isn't linear. From a certain point it's not that effective to have much higher assistants considering the costs. But I'm not 100% sure it's like this.
I think you are right, im not sure either but it makes a lot of sense.
I want to achieve optimal training efficiency considering the cost and this will drive me nuts.
11. formidable - €8'000
12. outstanding - €12.125
13. incredible - €15.717
14. brilliant - €24.545
15. magical - €34'000
16. unearthly - €53'600
the cost from 15 to 16 is huge ( for 3 assistants )
