this is not the case.i know that unearthly assistants are too expensive but is it really worth to have 3 magical ?

The difference between brilliant/magical is less than/equal to an extra training per season, is that worth the extra 40k a week?

Yes. They do. With 3x unearthly, 8-10gt = one normal training.

I have another question about training but its hard to explain in english, ill try.For example we have a player with 9 skill(very good).When we train a skill does it have a sub-skill? For examble after a training we have 9.35, after another one 9,7 and so on.Like we train really young and talented player when 1 training mean like 0.7 of skill we get 0.4 sub skill bonus on a new skill then we need only 1 training to get another skill.I've seen a few times when player needed less training weeks to reach higher skill then he reached one before.Who can confirm or deny my theory?

Yes, players get subskills. These subskills also effect match performance and value.

So if 3x unearthly add 1 normal training(8-10gt) so 3x formidable or so would produce about 4-5gt.So its not worth it at all?

No, if that skill wasn't being trained, it would take ~8-10 weeks for the general (passive) trainings to add up to a regular training, Whilst 3x formidable might take 20 weeks to do so.
