whats more important for goalkeeper pace or passing?
2011-03-12 16:04:07
pace is very important for goalkeepers, passing doesnt matter that much.. imo
2011-03-12 16:24:38
probably right there..
passing determines how far they will kick the ball.. though there isnt too much difference between levels.
pace can be very important if he saves and drops it or if a through pass is made by opposition

well all my players tactical discipline is quite low, i have a weak headcoach (because i always thought that the most important for him was the training skill). yet the players experience is quite low too, what solutions you suggest?

also: what if i have a brilliant headcoach, would this also have the benefits of an assistant (are the "non-trained" skills likely to pop more?)?

cheers

don't care about it, TD isn't that important. But still you should hire a better headcoach as soon as you can afford it because

are the "non-trained" skills likely to pop more?

yes

For headcoach it is the individual skill that counts.

for instance you train pace

with a weak headcoach
uneartly pace, uneartly striker, all other things tragic:
pace is ultimate, on striker there is ultimate generaltraining, all other skill wil have none or at best very very litle pops

with a briliant headcoach
with magical pace, and outstanding other skills
the pace training will be slower, striker general training will be slower then with the weak coach above, but all other generaltrainings will be better.

Whats the risk of letting a slightly injured player to play? Whats the percentage of getting an injury ? What it depends from ? age, other things ? thanks.
2011-03-13 17:09:44
no more than the normal percentage...

he'll play worse, though...
2011-03-13 17:24:16
I remember reading somewhere that risk of injury will be higher. its not true?
2011-03-13 19:14:18
not true afaik. But as he will be slower, the risk to be tackled from behind might be higher and therefor the risk of injuries too.
2011-03-13 19:17:17
The risk for a long injury is higher though, as a new injury will be added to the number of days already there.
