yes the graphs are trusted. its based on examples over a few players.
note its the max talent. there is like 1/20 chance the player has a talent of 4 or lower i guess (which is 33% longer than the graphs)

i think i have had only 1 player every 3 seasons with max talent in YS (so one every 150 youths)

I completely forgot that :) You're absolutely right. If someone recruit new assistants, setting the right skills is very import, the most important indeed. In that case keep GK low.
But because of what kenyard wrote, I will never advise new managers to recruit but first to buy and recruit when they really know what they are doing and have the money to do so :)

does the u/21 booking system function like the club one... that cards only counts in competition??

Should be funny to see the league 'deleted' in the middle of it, so I would say yes...

Don't let your Plus expire, then you are sure the league won't be deleted ;)

I've had players who popped +2 in stamina this week does this mean they are very talented

Stamina training is independent from age and talent, so maybe they are talented, maybe not ;)
