I noticed a real difference between my first and second keeper, so that's why I was thinking maybe in your case this could go wrong sometimes in matches as the keeper will kick the ball to often in the wrong direction with that low passing. But if you didn't had that problem before it's probably all ok then :)

Yes at my level speed and keeper skill are what matter the most.
But I will also train his passing in a while when my stamina cycle is over

With stamina training you will notice a difference every week in the average mark, good effective training to make the whole team better in a few weeks :)
I don't know about that,my trainer is awful in other skills than stamina I pay him 4000 euros each week
Efficacité d`entraînement:
extra-terrestre [16] en endurance tragique [0] en gardien
décevant [2] en vitesse décevant [2] en défense
désespérant [1] en technique médiocre [3] en construction
décevant [2] en passe médiocre [3] en buteur

The extra skill pops won't happen that often with that coach no. But that doesn't really matter for those few weeks. The stamina will be high in a few weeks and will stay high for a long time, specially if your new pace head coach has enough stamina skill.
Just make sure your next head coach has nice extra skills and you will get the extra skill pops, transferlist trainers (pace). Like some of these trainers for example.

I opted for the cheap option because I was losing my games and didn't win much money. But now that I know how to make a tactic and get some wins I will be able to afford a more balanced coach in a few weeks when I start training pace.

Winning indeed makes everything a bit more easy as you earn more money :)
I have another question:what's the difference between normal friendly and friendly with cup rules?
thanks
why would people want to play 30 more minutes? It is said in the rules that you get no training benefit from extra time.

Is this player best suited to play defender or stricker?
désespérant [1] endurance tragique [0] gardien
désespérant [1] vitesse honorable [8] défense
faible [4] technique décevant [2] construction
désespérant [1] passe très bon [9] buteur

Not enough pace :) Even if you're going to train that, this player has to come from to far, 1 is to less to start training. Both striker and defender need pace as 1 of the important skills.
he's 18 so it's okay he'll have time to get to a good level I heard players with skill under 5 pop very fast in speed

Yes, they pop very fast, but every pop needs 1 of more weeks of training, so starting from level 1 can cost you many trainingsweeks compared to someone that starts from level 5 and higher :)
But you can try it, always good to learn, next time you know what I was talking about.
EDIT: that's why my advise is to start with players like this (for those looking for players):
GK
DEF/MID
MID/ATT
