Yes. As I said it's not updated since the new youth school system.
what skill does a striker need in order to score from 1vs1 against gk? or is it the same random as taking penalty kicks? as far as I´ve noticed, striker skill has pretty much nothing to do with getting past the gk/scoring from 1vs1.
I'd say dribbling the keeper is striker vs. keeper skill like the news had said. Shoting is of course striker skill to - not a duell striker vs. keeper skill, but a sequence of 2 actions: shoting first and then the saving. And pace is needed to get a good and free position - I guess that in a 1vs1 with a near defender behind the striker it's more difficult to score.
Hello, I have a question.
If I am training Striking(ATT position), how much training do the MID players get?

So when do players get better than general ? i think its called "first training" or smth.
50 % in striker skill of course, for other skills it's only general training

Thank greg the MIDs get normal training at DEF :P
Faitas: Well, he gets better than general if the player is being trained at a certain skill and the main coach has unearthly at that skill.

hehe... :) When you train something, the positions not set to train, get some extra training in that skill too... ;)
So someone make this clear. I remember mauser i think saying that other positions get better training than general (around 2x general) so why MID and DEF dont get striker training better than general ?
of course they do, and even more than usual. MIDs I'm quite sure get 50%, DEF somewhat around 20%. But still I don't think it's a good idea to set extra striker trainees as MIDs.
thats not the point :) the point is training PM and pass to MID and DEF trainees getting some better than general :).
it's always (!) only the training skill you get a bonus for. If you train passing for MIDs, you get a passing bonus on general training for DEFs and ATTs. And if you train striker, you get a striker bonus on general training for MIDs and DEFs.
It's pretty simple and fair I think :)
