it's always (!) only the training skill you get a bonus for. If you train passing for MIDs, you get a passing bonus on general training for DEFs and ATTs. And if you train striker, you get a striker bonus on general training for MIDs and DEFs.

It's pretty simple and fair I think :)

Strikers (ATT position) train most effectively, a bit slower the midfielders (MID) and to a little extent, defenders (DEF) and goalkeepers (GK).

yep, so it is. loop found out some years ago that it is 40-50% for MIDs, and I think the 50% has been confirmed one day (not completele sure about that).

but in real it is 50% [half week] of striker + usual random training for rest of skills

striker training is always the same, independent from the order you set (also basing on loop, but true).

yes, of course you are right, i missed that ;]

striker for ATT trains normal. mids get ~50% of this. so maybe 6-8 week pops

training tech for strikers mids do not get the 50%. there is no benefit to training it. so i believe. maybe someone can confirm.

Interesting to know what percent do att and def get when you train pm, pass for mids.

ill let u know when i train them :P
though i dont think ill be training it long enough to get a decent estimate.
