training tech for strikers mids do not get the 50%. there is no benefit to training it. so i believe. maybe someone can confirm.

tech training is always the same (different number of training slots ofcourse). Players with other orders than the training order should get 20-25% like usual. We used to call it passive training in Germany, to distinguish it from general training.

yeah i took on that word myself. keepers always seem to get high passive training in everything it seems to me

questions:
younger a player is ,and faster pace is trained than other skills (except stamina)?
how old is a player when the pace is trained with the same effect as other skills (except stamina)?

IMO ,when a player is 21yo,the pace is the same as others...younger train fast ,and older train more slowly, but i'm not sure...

If you can read german you can find a big investigation here:

I understood the question and i can say it always trains slower. even bigger difference in time.

That "Pace dauert wievel langer" table shows how pace training is getting slower in percent than other skills?
2011-12-08 10:33:38
That's an analysis of the training data made by Rink in 2009. He estimated in "2. Schnelligkeit/Pace langsamer" how much slower pace trains in comparison to other skills. He also made the assumption that pace is trained like the player was 2 years older than he actually is, thus pace training takes longer than other skills.

Also there is a graph that 18yo pops 4 weeks to outstanding pace at max talents. is that true?

Edit: no it cant be true. i've heard that at max talents player pops 2 to outstanding tech and also. it should be 3 weeks to outstanding pace and how it shows there 3 weeks to solid pace is not a great talent but its normal.

The graph just shows the average pops that appear in the data collection together with a regression line. If you want to see the weeks for a pop for the most talented players you should look at the data itself below all those statistics. You will find a 3-week pop to outstanding pace there.
