you can train 2 goalkeepers.

your main trainer should have unearthly gk skill and unearthly pace skills

the best is to train gk-s goalkeeper skill to divine or superdivine. and then train pace for him.

If the keepers are trained to be sold and not to keep, then he only needs to train 'keeper'. But he has to make sure the keepers he want to train already have some keeper, pace and passing skills when he buys them, depending of the age of the keeper. Something like these keepers can be ok to train, if they are talented enough:
transferlist young keepers, max 19 years
transferlist young keepers, max 18 years
transferlist young keepers, max 17 years
Send a mail to the owner before buying and ask for the talent.

And ofcourse, also look for talented keepers in this forum: Forum Transfers Juniors (en).

And for the head coach, the best would be this head coach to train keepers:
unearthly [16] of stamina, unearthly [16] of keeper
unearthly [16] of pace, tragic [0] of defender
tragic [0] of technique, tragic [0] of playmaker
unearthly [16] of passing, tragic [0] of striker

Keeper needs to be unearthly, and pace would be the best to have this at unearthly. Stamina and passing can be a bit lower, but they need to be at least outstanding [12] to get some change of extra pops on these skills.

But don't forget, training keepers is really expansive because of the high wage of the head coach with unearthly keeper skill!!

someone was on the forums who had 4 U21 keepers for smaller countries (so they were 19-21 age)
and was training 4 of them at once i believe. (45 mins each match + 90mins U21 match)

not sure how it was working out :D
it should be around 80% training each time.

Nice :P That indeed could work out great. Don't think he can afford that at the moment, to buy 4x U21 keepers, even from smaller countries looking at his transfers till now. But it's a good idea to remember for managers who are training keepers.

well the likes of the irish keeper is 19 at the moment, and played the entire season. it just comes to opportunities and how u manage.
but yeah. he said he would report back with how it worked out, i have no idea...

if it does work it definitely doubles your potential income from training keepers ^^

if 4 keeper don't work to full training why not just do it with 3? 60mins each in there own team then a full 90 for national team. they will get full training then ;)

nah its 2 full matches for 100% training.

(i assume) since U21 first, its 50% training. then playing 60 mins wud be ~75% of remaining training.

so ~87.5% training. so is it best to give 3 players ~7.5% extra training each, or 1 player 80% training.

then again i guess you could argue to play 6 keepers for 30mins each by this logic...probably 70-75%% training
2011-12-11 02:13:31
90 mins isn't 100% training. so i don't know how you got 60mins of playing time to equal 75% it would be closer to 55-60% of training, that with the under21 games would give you the training capabilities of training 3 keepers of 100% each, better than training 2 keepers without the national teams help ;)
2011-12-11 02:15:52
how much gameplay is needed for 100% training?
2011-12-11 02:17:58
personally, i think its 100mins in official games and 110mins in friendly's to equal 100% training, but i'm sure others will have there own views.
2011-12-11 02:30:14
imo,100mins in official games and 106mins in friendly's
2011-12-11 02:32:34
but games only have 90 mins...
