Do you mean to say you can train a GK from solid [8] to superdivine [17+] in only 2 seasons?
About the extra pace pops, from average [5] to solid [8] pace is less then 3 full pops as average [5] will be average [5,x] (x could be in the worst case low, but also already half way or even high).
And for as far as I know, pace is trained slower as passing, also with gt, but correct me if I'm wrong :) And also for passing it are less then 4 full pops from average [5,x] to very good [9], but maybe this is a bit optimistic in 3 seasons, even for a talented 17 years GK.

im pretty sure there was a 4 week pop to divine in keeper skill graph floating around. so i reckon its possible

I once saw a player on TL without any team. how is that possible ? Can good players in bot teams somehow be rescued? maybe this was the thing ? cause the player was in u21 i think and was important to his country.
if team is deleted and has a player who played 1 U21 game and is in the squad at time of deletion, he is releated into market.

There are ups and downs for every day and time.... but i would say between 19:00 and 22:00 sokker time is the best time on most days as most users are european... However i would avoid selling trainess on saturdays as many have put their newly pulled juniors on at thursday to deadline saturday, but selling an A team player on saturdays you can argue that people are getting desperate for buying a player for their match sunday...
anyone knew where in the rules that state about "training lost" ?
section 11: If you play more than the maximum allowed for an area (for example 6 DEF) or do not set a lineup you will lose training unless you switch to stamina.
